2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2.2 Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

2.3 Return Process
- Contact Us First: Email Yoyo@dramapapa.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. Our customer service team will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship to the return address provided by our team.
- Return Shipping Cost:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2.4 Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs (for preference-based returns) are not refundable.
